Dongbu Electronic Materials R&D Center基于最高新的研究设备、优秀研究人员和全球独家技术之金属磁粉制造技术,活跃开展金属软磁粉芯及新材料研究。
我们拥有各种磁性合金设计及粉末制造的韩国自主技术,通过成形化技术打造具有世界一流特性的产品。
我们在此基础上持续努力,研发电动汽车及能源领域的高效率/高特性之大电流用软磁粉芯产品,应用软磁粉芯及新施工工艺;基于超小型SMD感应器Core和电磁波屏蔽剂等磁性材料潜心研发应用产品并成功实现商业化。
研发方面,我们致力于研究金属合金粉末的制造、高特性/高效率/低损失等提高软磁粉芯特性及大电流成形Core、超小型金属感应器Core等金属合金材料以及具有新塑性的面向未来新项目领域之高特性新材料及能源材料领域。
材料研究所积极与外部专家开展技术合作,积极参加高附加值项目领域,不断追求新项目领域。包括金属合金材料在内,促进纳米结晶粒及非晶质等各种磁性材料的研究。我们将持续开展磁性及功能性粉末研究,发展成为一流研究所,具备从粉末材料到成形产品等全部工序。
